Unresponsive screen issue has happened to me about 5 times already. This has only occurred to me once, while the Outlines of the window, and seeing "Windows Task Manager" within those outlines then when moving the window, it becomes choppy by that I mean it leaves an after image of its path, like expanding a deck of cards. When pulling up the task manager, I couldn't even distinguish it, aside from the and the mouse is the only one not skewed in the entirety of the screen. Is still responsive pressing the windows key still gives me the context menu, though i can't read it. The screen went back on, but desktop was very skewed, and by that I mean my screen looked like a really bad version of a modern artist doing polygons. My other scenario was probably 5 minutes since the monitor turned off. I can't get it back until I actually restart it via the restart button or holding the power button. Is still amber, that's that, nothing happens, but the computer seems like it's still on (LED lights and fans still on). When I try to get back on, the screen never goes back, the power button I too am having trouble.Īs I've seen in many forums, my situation is pretty similar to others, but here is my story:Īfter some time after the screen turns off automatically during idle (the power button turns from white to amber), at least 10 mins up to hours (while I'm sleeping it's downloading).

I've seen many postings about how people are having trouble trying to wake their computers from sleep, hibernate, and screen shutoff.
